PCORI sought a contractor to provide Conference Planning and Management Services required to support its mission through execution of the 2016 Annual Meeting. The scope of the engagement will include event planning, conference and program management, direct support of PCORI staff members, and a professional approach to producing the most efficient, cost-effective, and technologically advanced meeting possible. The initial Period of Performance (POP) is a base-year period of two years after the agreement execution date with one (1) year option to extend.
