Executive Search Services
The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute invited proposals from executive search firms to provide search services to assist in recruiting candidates for as many as four scientific positions: the Chief Scientific Officer and one to three Scientific Program Leaders. Only firms with substantial experience and a proven track record of conducting successful searches for similar scientific leadership positions in this field were considered.
PCORI sought a firm that can provide a range of services to identify a pool of qualified and interested candidates, including executing the search process, managing the search committee, assisting with interview of candidates, and conducting comprehensive background investigations and reference checks on the finalists selected.
