Board of Governors Meeting: June 20, 2017

At its June 20, 2017, meeting, the Board received an update on PCORI's "Open Science" initiative to make study results and data more widely available. PCORI staff also announced a pilot data sharing initiative that will begin in the coming months and inform the final policy. The Board also approved a limited funding announcement for collaborative research within PCORnet, the National Patient-Centered Clinical Research Network, which will offer up to $21 million in total costs to support as many as five projects.

All PCORI Board meetings are open to the public. This meeting was held via teleconference/webinar with no public comment period.
