MaryAnne Sterling, CEA, was a caregiver and healthcare advocate for her parents for 20+ years. She is a speaker, writer, and educator on the challenges of family caregiving and the realities of dementia, a mission that began as she and her husband struggled with 3-out-of-4 parents diagnosed with the disease. She serves as an advisor for the National Alzheimer’s and Dementia Patient and Caregiver-Powered Research Network, bringing the voices of patients and family caregivers to medical research. She also serves on the PCOR Translation Center Technical Expert Panel and on the Data and Safety Monitoring Board for the Fall Injuries Prevention Partnership Trial. Sterling is EVP of Caregiver Experience at Livpact and co-founder of teamiCARE.org.
