Daniel Tisch, MS, is Manager, Science Operations, for the Office of the Chief Science Officer at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). He supports the Chief Science Officer and the Deputy CSO by managing cross-functional collaboration, departmental operations, and resource allocation. He also helps to coordinate program operations and ensure consistency in operational effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with Science goals.
Before joining PCORI, Tisch provided research and communications project and program direction for federal clients on a wide range of health and science topics, including drug abuse prevention and treatment, environmental science, access to healthcare in underserved communities, smoking and health, HIV/AIDS, and geriatric medical education. Tisch received an ScB in biological sciences from Brown University and an MS in genetics from North Carolina State University.
