Leonard Weather Jr. is the Director of Omni Fertility and Laser Institute and a gynecologist, specializing in infertility, pelvic pain and endometriosis. He has served in leadership positions in numerous associations and is currently the President of the New Orleans Medical Association and the past president of the National Medical Association. He is a graduate of Howard University’s College of Pharmacy, received his MD from Rush Medical College, and trained in gynecology and obstetrics at The Johns Hopkins University Hospital.

Weather served as a member of the Advisory Panel on Improving Healthcare Systems from April 2013 to April 2016.
