Martin Gould, MA, EdU, is a Management and Program Analyst at the US Department of the Treasury's IRS Affordable Care Act Implementation Office.
His work over the past 30 years includes working on healthcare reform, directing federal policy research, directing nonprofit outcomes research, administering family and student support systems in school systems, and serving as university lecturer and academic researcher. His current volunteer activities include serving as: G3ict Research Committee Chair, working on projects related to the U.N. Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities; World Futures Council/Zero Project, Research Advisor; and, IRS National Leave Bank Board, Member.
He received his EdD from The Johns Hopkins University.
Gould served as a member of the Advisory Panel on Addressing Disparities from April 2013 - April 2016.
