Rachel Perry, MS, is the Senior Legal Administrative Assistant in the Office of General Counsel at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). In this role, she provides high-level, complex, and confidential administrative support to the General Counsel and Associate General Counsel, and coordinates special projects by developing project plans and implementation strategies.
Before joining PCORI, Perry worked in the executive office of the Urban Institute, a nonpartisan think tank focused on economic and social policy research. In this role, she engaged with internal and external clients across all departments of the institute, facilitating the goal achievement of the executive office and providing collaborative assistance to the president, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and the senior vice president for program planning and management. Perry also previously served as an executive coordinator in the service and finance division of Mars, Incorporated.
Perry earned a BBA with a specialty in marketing from Marymount University and an MS in management from the Catholic University of America.
