Robert McBurney, BSc, PhD, is the Co-Principal Investigator for the iConquerMS™ Patient-Powered Research Network (PPRN), and CEO and President of the Accelerated Cure Project for Multiple Sclerosis. In a career spanning more than 35 years, McBurney has conducted basic and clinical research and managed research groups for drug discovery, personalized medicine, and clinical decision support systems at medical schools, research institutes, biopharmaceutical companies and non-profit organizations.
McBurney is currently a member of the American Academy of Neurology, a member of the PhRMA Foundation Informatics Advisory Committee and a Trustee Emeritus of the Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering in Needham, Massachusetts. Robert received BSc and PhD degrees from the University of NSW, Australia. (More)
