Victor Malychev, MBA, is a Budget Manager at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). He is the organization’s primary financial resource for budgeting and analytical processes, and he provides financial consulting and strategic support in preparing the annual budget and in monitoring performance.
Before PCORI, Malychev was a senior financial analyst at Universal Service Administrative Company. He was responsible for budget planning, financial and investment management to support multi-billion dollar programs benefiting rural health clinics, tele-health providers, and other beneficiaries. Before that, he was a financial and regulatory specialist at the Center for Rheumatology and Bone Research, where he performed financial and contract management to support clinical trials for numerous pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
Malychev holds a BA in economics from Vladivostok State University of Economics, Russia, and an MBA in finance from George Washington University.
