Ying Nan, MPA, is a Financial Analyst in the Finance Department at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI).  In this role, she supports and facilitates the accounting and finance sides of PCORI’s contract management compliance and assures costs are properly classified and recorded.

Before joining PCORI, Nan was a program/grants officer at the Eurasia Foundation (EF), where she managed the foundation’s civil society development projects from inception and completion, and oversaw the projects’ implementation and compliance on both programmatic and financial aspects.  Before EF, Nan was a program officer at the United Way International, where she administered more than 400 grants to more than 60 countries and territories worldwide funded by corporate donors. 

Nan obtained her Master’s in Public Administration from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy at the University at Albany, SUNY.
