Contract Negotiation and Management Solution
PCORI sought to acquire and implement an electronic Contract Negotiation and Management System (CNMS) to improve the contract management and administration process and associated actions of template creation and maintenance, clause formulation, award negotiations, award modifications, deliverables tracking, and contract reporting. This solution will be fully compatible and able to integrate with the newly implemented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, Salesforce. The Period of Performance is five months after the date of award with one six-month option. This is a Cost Reimbursable contract. The Contractor operates at the direction of and receives guidance from PCORI.
