Emerging Technology and Therapeutics Report on Genomic Sequencing to Guide Cancer Management
Through this TORFP, PCORI is seeking contractors to produce an evidence map and narrative review with key-informant interviews on gene sequencing. These products shall focus on germ-line and/or somatic sequencing to guide cancer management to improve patient outcomes; the series will evaluate the scope of evidence available in the published and gray literature and discuss the results in the context of any relevant regulatory, practice, and/or systems issues.
