PCORnet Business Plan
The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute sought an experienced contractor with a deep understanding of healthcare research and research networks, coupled with expertise in business and strategy. The contractor will develop potential business models for PCORI’s consideration, and a business plan derived from the most appropriate model, that will position PCORnet for long-term viability and sustainability. The business models shall include an analysis (e.g., SWOT analysis) of the advantages and limitations of different options.
