Retirement Plan

PCORI provides a matching contribution of $1 for every $1 an employee defers, up to 5% of your compensation in a payroll period. PCORI makes an additional contribution each payroll period in the amount of 5% of your compensation for the payroll period. 

Paid Time Off (PTO), Holidays and Leave

PCORI believes taking time to relax and recharge is just as important as the work itself, which is why we offer our employees generous Paid Time Off, 13 paid holidays, 8 hours of Community Service Leave and 4 weeks of New Parent Leave. Employees can accrue up to 30 days of PTO per year based on their job classification and/or years of service per year.
