Partner Learning Network Task Order

Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP) for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Analytic and Operational Support for the Engagement of the Public and Patients

The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) seeks a contractor to support learning network activities among awardees of the Partnering Research and Community Organizations for Novel Health Equity Research Targeted PCORI Funding Announcement (Partner PFA), which was released in January 2023. The Partner PFA is an important funding initiative for comparative effectiveness research (CER) that supports PCORI’s Achieve Health Equity National Priority for Health. Through the Partner PFA, PCORI seeks to fund high-quality CER studies that compare community-informed, multicomponent, multilevel interventions that simultaneously address health system factors and social determinants of health (SDoH) contributing to disparities to improve maternal health outcomes for individuals from populations with documented maternal health disparities. New Postpartum Hemorrhage (PPH) Care bundle and the Use of Tranexamic Acid in PPH

Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP) for Research Synthesis and New Technology: Systematic Reviews, Rapid Reviews, Evidence Maps, and Other Evidence Synthesis Products

The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) seeks a Contractor to conduct a scoping review of new postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) care bundles and the use of Tranexamic Acid (TXA) in prevention and treatment of PPH. PCORI uses Emerging Technology and Therapeutics Reports to assess the broad evidence base of emerging healthcare interventions that are likely to have a significant impact in terms of healthcare adoption, decision making, and resource allocation. This Emerging Technologies and Therapeutics Report’s focus will be on evaluation of recent PPH care bundles and the use of TXA for the prevention and treatment of postpartum obstetrics hemorrhage, in both women undergoing vaginal and caesarean delivery, as well as those who are either at normal risk or an increased risk for PPH. The proposed development of a scoping review will focus both on existing published and grey literature sources on the topics of interest, identify evidence gaps, and address future research needs. View the TORFP for more details.

Prospective offerors may submit questions regarding this TORFP to [email protected] no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on March 29, 2024. This will be a single award Task Order.
