Procurement Opportunities
PCORI periodically makes a variety of external funding opportunities available throughout the course of its work, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Information (RFI), which are awarded through a competitive process. Each RFP or RFI contains its own statement of work, requirements, and evaluation criteria.
Engagement Award Program Portfolio Analysis and Evaluation Planning
Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP) for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Analytic and Operational Support for the Engagement of the Public and Patients
The Eugene Washington PCORI Engagement Award (EA) Program provides a platform to increase engagement in research – the meaningful involvement of patients, caregivers, clinicians, and other healthcare stakeholders throughout the research process. The EA Program funds projects that build communities better able to participate in patient-centered outcomes research and comparative clinical effectiveness research (PCOR/CER) and serve as channels to disseminate PCOR/CER study results.
The EA Program seeks a Contractor to work with PCORI staff and stakeholders to: (1) describe and assess the current EA portfolio; (2) support future evaluation activities by developing a Learning Agenda and developing a Learning Plan that will be used to monitor progress and measures of success as an individual program and as a contributor to PCORI’s broader engagement work; and (3) share project findings and products with PCORI staff and stakeholders. View the RFP for additional information.
Prospective offerors may submit questions regarding this TORFP to [email protected] no later than 5:00 pm ET on March 17, 2023. This will be a single award Task Order.
