Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP) for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Analytic and Operational Support for the Engagement of the Public and Patients

The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute's Eugene Washington PCORI Engagement Award (EA) Program has developed a new PCORI Funding Announcement to support small organizations to build capacity for engagement in PCOR/CER. Technical assistance and peer learning opportunities are central to the initiative.

To facilitate these activities, PCORI seeks proposals for a Contractor to establish and maintain a learning network in support of the small organizations that have been selected for funding. The Contractor will work with PCORI staff and learning network participants to identify topics for learning network curriculum content and develop the content for the learning network, and then share their findings from the learning network by producing reports and manuscripts and will be responsible for conducting a process evaluation of the learning network.
