Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP) for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Analytic and Operational Support for the Engagement of the Public and Patients (AOSEPP)

This TORFP was released under the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI)'s Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Analytic and Operational Support for the Engagement of the Public and Patients (AOSEPP) under the Facilitation and Support of Meetings domain. PCORI was seeking a TORFP from IDIQ Holders to perform the following services and support:

To interview PCORI-funded principal investigators (PIs) about the PCORI Peer Review process’s strengths and weaknesses and prepare an initial summary report followed by a full final report. The Contractor will use the summary report to inform a virtual meeting of the Peer Review stakeholder communities. The Contractor will facilitate the stakeholder meeting and provide a full final report encompassing lessons learned from the interviews and meeting with recommendations for possible next steps/process changes. PCORI expected to make one award under this TORFP with an anticipated contract award date of November 5, 2021; the Period of Performance is six (6) months. This was a single award Task Order on a time and material agreement.
