Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP) for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Analytic and Operational Support for the Engagement of the Public and Patients

This TORFP was intended to provide support for the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute's (PCORI) Dissemination and Implementation (D&I) Program efforts to improve the program evaluation that PCORI-funded Implementation Projects undertake, which document the impact these projects have on healthcare delivery and health outcomes.

The Contractor will provide input on the design of program evaluation (general approaches as well as in specific instances), including recommending metrics and validated measures that can serve to capture impacts and provide opportunities for harmonization of outcome measurement across Implementation Projects. The Contractor will provide input that will inform program evaluation design for new Implementation Projects in several funding initiatives, as well as the extension of evaluation efforts as part of anticipated PCORI- funded long-term case studies.
