Registration for PCORI 2023 Annual Meeting

Due to overwhelming response, the 2023 PCORI Annual Meeting has reached maximum capacity for in-person attendance and in-person registration is closed; however virtual registration remains open.

There will be no walk-in/on-site registration at the 2023 PCORI Annual Meeting.

Hotel Reservations

The 2023 Annual Meeting room block at the JW Marriott is now closed. If hotel reservations are still required, please email Meetings and Travel for assistance.

Parking at the JW Marriott

Valet parking is available at the hotel for $63 per day; oversized vehicles are $73 per day. Max height is 6 ft 4 in. Late departures are charged an additional $63 at 4 p.m. Includes 18% tax.

Area Airports

The closest airport to the JW Marriott is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) also serve the Washington, DC, area but are farther from the event venue.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) Distance to the hotel: 4.3 miles

  • Metro: From the DCA Metro station, take the Blue Line (toward Downtown Largo) nine stops and get off at the Metro Center station. Exit the station. The hotel is a 0.3-mile (eight-minute) walk.

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) Distance to the hotel: 26.5 miles

  • Metro: From the IAD Metro station, take the Silver Line (toward Downtown Largo) 18 stops and get off at the Metro Center station. Exit the station. The hotel is a 0.3-mile (eight-minute) walk.

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) Distance to the hotel: 34 miles

  • Metro: From BWI, take a shuttle bus from the airport terminal to the closest MARC station. Take the MARC train to Union Station on the DC Metro Red Line. From there, take the Red Line to the Metro Center, which is the nearest station to the JW Marriott.

Train

Amtrak, MARC and Virginia Railway Express go to Union Station, which is two miles from the hotel. To ride the Metro from Union Station, take the Red Line (toward Shady Grove) to the Metro Center stop. The venue is 0.3 miles (about eight minutes walking) from the metro stop.
