Liza Fisher, MBA, RYT® 200
Liza Fisher, MBA, RTY 200, is a national healthcare advocate and yoga teacher committed to providing education around long COVID and long COVID associated conditions. After multiple diagnoses resulted in being disabled, her eyes were opened to complex chronic illnesses effecting millions. This led to involvement in advocacy, research and policy. Fisher has coauthored research manuscripts, been a patient representative for the National Institutes of Health’s RECOVER Initiative and the University of South Carolina’s Covid-Focused Virtual Patient Engagement Studio, and testified before Congress. In 2023, Fisher and fellow advocate Cynthia Adinig cofounded BIPOC Equity Agency, an all-Black, woman-founded, diversity, equity and inclusion consulting agency born from their health equity advocacy experience.
