The module consists of a facilitation guide and learning activities for families from communities that have disproportionately experienced the burdens of health and healthcare disparities. Part 1: Introduction is a 90-minute parent advocacy training, consisting of a facilitation guide and learning activities. Part 1 presents the work of the TRU CAB as an introduction to the concept of research engagement as it relates to CER. The module was launched at the Child Health Equity Symposium on September 18, 2018.
