Inspiring Change: Community-Based Participatory Research Manual
Developed by the Illinois Institute of Technology for community members, researchers, and care providers, this training manual shares how to conduct community-based participatory research (CBPR) in their communities. The guide provides training for leaders convening communities as well as step-by-step CBPR instruction for the entire community through the research process. The guide was developed specifically to involve African Americans with serious mental illness in research, but the guide has broad application potential to many other stakeholder communities.
