This year, nearly 1,000 members of the healthcare community convened for a two-and-a-half-day conference. As part of this year's theme, "From Evidence to Impact: Putting What Works into Action," attendees heard about results from PCORI’s comparative clinical effectiveness (CER) studies, efforts to promote essential findings, and those findings’ impacts. We also discussed important trends in patient-centered outcomes research and ideas for future research opportunities that will help patients and those who care for them make better-informed healthcare decisions.

PCORI Annual Meeting: Patient Scholarship
This year, PCORI was pleased to offer scholarships for patients, caregivers, and patient representatives to attend the Annual Meeting. This was a competitive opportunity that awarded up to 40 scholarships. PCORI sought to ensure fair representation of historically underrepresented and minority patient communities, diverse geographic representation, and a mix of new and returning PCORI Annual Meeting attendees. For more information, visit the patient scholarship webpage.
