Board of Governors Meeting: February 26, 2019

At its February 26, 2019 meeting, the Board approved $2.8 million to fund two projects—based in Arizona and Pennsylvania—that are designed to support the uptake of selected results from comparative effectiveness research that was funded to help patients and those who care for them make better-informed healthcare decisions.

The Board also approved a limited PCORnet funding announcement geared toward building the network’s sustainability and success. In addition, the Board voted to adopt 11 new methodology standards in three categories: qualitative method, mixed methods research, and individual participant-level data meta-analysis.
