PCORI Stakeholder Webinar on Management Strategies for Infantile Epilepsy

PCORI hosted a stakeholder webinar on management strategies for infantile epilepsies, which is the topic for a new systematic evidence review commissioned via the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ).

At this meeting, a group of stakeholders representing different viewpoints—including that of patients, patient advocates, clinicians, guideline developers and researchers—provided input and guidance on this systematic review of management strategies for infantile epilepsies. Representatives were asked to comment and provide their perspective on the draft key and contextual questions, and PICOTS, based on their personal and professional experience with infantile epilepsy.
