2021 PCORI Virtual Annual Meeting Plenary Session

Imagine a future where everyone has a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible. How do we reach this highly desirable place? Through collective action that draws on the expertise, reach, and resources of many stakeholders. New types of partnerships are needed to transform existing structures that have driven inequities and ensure the inclusion of underrepresented voices. This plenary session, moderated by PCORI Executive Director Nakela L. Cook, MD, MPH, features health leaders who will discuss how they are working to bring about this transformation. They will share ideas about the vital role of stakeholders and research organizations in achieving health equity.
