IDD and Co-Occurring Mental Health Conditions (Virtual) Workshop

PCORI aims to produce and promote high-integrity, evidence-based information from research guided by patients, families, and the broader healthcare community to help people and organizations make informed healthcare decisions.

During this virtual workshop, a panel of clinical and research professionals discussed the topics of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and co-occurring mental health conditions.

The aim of this workshop was to solicit stakeholder-guided recommendations on the evidence gaps, research needs, and decisional dilemmas related to co-occurring IDD and mental health conditions. The recommendations will help guide future PCORI funding initiatives. This virtual workshop was open to the public and registration was required.
