Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP) for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Analytic and Operational Support for the Engagement of the Public and Patients (AOSEPP)
This TORFP has been released under the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI)'s Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Analytic and Operational Support for the Engagement of the Public and Patients (AOSEPP) under the Facilitation and Support of Meetings domain. PCORI is seeking a TORFP from IDIQ Holders to perform the following services and support:
To interview PCORI-funded principal investigators (PIs) about the PCORI Peer Review process’s strengths and weaknesses and prepare an initial summary report followed by a full final report. The Contractor will use the summary report to inform a virtual meeting of the Peer Review stakeholder communities. The Contractor will facilitate the stakeholder meeting and provide a full final report encompassing lessons learned from the interviews and meeting with recommendations for possible next steps/process changes. PCORI expects to make one award under this TORFP with an anticipated contract award date of November 5, 2021; the Period of Performance is six (6) months. Analytic and Operational Support for the Engagement of the Public and Patients
The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) seeks Contractors to enter into indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) agreements to provide programmatic and analytic support for the Engagement Department. The Contractors shall provide the following types of professional services/support: Science of Engagement, Economic Resources Services, Environmental Scans, Literature Reviews, and Issue Briefs, Education and Training, Facilitation and Support of Meetings and Community Engagement, and Public Comment. Peer Review Management Services
The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) seeks a Contractor to provide peer review management services for draft final research reports (DFRRs) from our funded studies. PCORI’s authorizing law mandates that PCORI implement a process for peer reviewing PCORI-funded primary research and making research findings publicly available in a form and format useful to patients, clinicians, and others. The peer review process implemented by PCORI requires the Contractor to manage peer review of the DFRRs, including hiring and managing expert associate editors (AEs) and establishing a diverse pool of peer reviewers.
