PCORI periodically makes a variety of external funding opportunities available throughout the course of its work, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Information (RFI), which are awarded through a competitive process. Each RFP or RFI contains its own statement of work, requirements, and evaluation criteria.
Social Needs Interventions and Health Outcomes: An Evidence Map
The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) seeks a proposal from an offeror to create an interactive Evidence Map that will include: (i) a detailed protocol for an Evidence Map for primary research studies of social needs interventions, which measure health outcomes; (ii) completion of a white paper that will be posted on the PCORI website, which qualitatively describes trends among studies and with detailed appendices cataloging this work; (iii) a data set of a variables on social needs interventions and health outcomes necessary to construct the Evidence Map; and (iv) developing the vision for an interactive web product and consulting through completion of the final visualization and programming of the Evidence Map.

Communications and Peer Review Copyediting Services
The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) seeks proposals from copyediting contractors with expertise working in: (i) the American Medical Association (AMA) Manual of Style; (ii) the Chicago Manual of Style; and (iii) XML file formats. Contractors will provide copyediting services for such materials as PCORI project funding agreements and contracts management products, methodology reports, horizon scanning reports, final research reports, and topic briefs among other products.
Open Science Data Repository
The Patient‐Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) is seeking proposals for contractors to develop and maintain a data repository into which research awardees can deposit their full data package, in accordance with the Policy for Data Management and Data Sharing.
