Annette Crisanti is a psychiatric epidemiologist and faculty member of the University of New Mexico Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Her research aims to address behavioral health disparities in rural communities and among vulnerable populations by developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative approaches to treatment, including peer-delivered services. Crisanti has extensive experience in PCORI and was the PI on a three-year PCORI-funded comparative effectiveness study on the effectiveness of patient-centered trauma treatment for PTSD and substance abuse.
