Autumn Argent is a registered nurse and a System Perinatal Educator for Northern Arizona Healthcare. Her experience with patient-centered outcomes research (PCOR) includes working with families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to improve education, access to resources, and collaboration for families and children with complex medical needs. She helped facilitate a workshop in northern Arizona workshop that brought key stakeholders together and participated in a workshop in central Arizona as a stakeholder and networker. Argent’s goal is to serve as a conduit between individuals and families and their care providers, researchers, policy makers, and educators.

Argent holds Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and Nutrition, a Master’s in Nursing Education, and is currently a Doctorate student at the Arizona State University College of Nursing and Healthcare Innovation. She believes it is important to build comprehensive networks between the community and healthcare agencies to ensure the health, safety, education, and well-being of families. Part of that means connecting stakeholders to the appropriate resources, and Argent believes she can accomplish this goal through PCOR. She has been a PCORI Ambassador for almost two years.
