Beth Malow has been involved in patient-centered outcomes trials for several years, focusing on studies on intellectual and developmental disabilities in children and adults. These have included studies on sleep and autism, with an emphasis on parent-collected outcomes. She has also have participated in the Mid-South Clinical Data Research Network, hosting two separate workshops to inform researchers of PCORI opportunities. In addition to being a researcher and director of the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center Clinical Translational Core, she is a clinician and also the parent of two sons on the autism spectrum.
