Beth Meyerson joined the faculty of the Southwest Institute for Research on Women at the University of Arizona in August 2019. Prior to that, she was an associate professor of health policy and management at the Indiana University School of Public Health-Bloomington. She is also codirector of the Rural Center for AIDS/STD Prevention and affiliate faculty at the Kinsey Institute at Indiana University. She has more than two decades of public health practice and research experience, typified by roles as president of a policy research consultancy focused on HIV and sexually transmitted diseases, with an international portfolio, and as the state AIDS/STD director for Missouri. Most of her research is interdisciplinary, combining policy and organizational science with behavioral and clinical outcomes research.
