Christina Klein has served as the project director for the PCORI-sponsored study MOBILITY since 2016. She trains community and academic mental health centers on how to implement MOBILITY into care-as-usual settings, troubleshoot barriers to recruitment/implementation, coauthor posters, coordinate and serve on MOBILITY committees, complete PCORI progress reports, and assist with contracting and IRB duties. She completed a master’s in public health in 2016 and has completed coursework for a doctorate in health promotion and education. Her research focus is patient-centered outcomes in adolescent mental health, particularly patient perspectives on psychiatric hospitalization and readmission. She recognizes the importance of including the patient voice in evidenced-based treatment decisions and bridging academic and community partnerships.
