Jennifer Padron leads Klein, Padron & Associates LLC as an innovator and emergent designer for US Peer to Peer Public & Private Health Peer Workforce models, embedding Certified Peer Specialists into co-located networked care environments. She is a subject matter expert on co-location for Behavioral and Physical Integration with Peer Workforce portfolio initiatives; national and state consumer networks; mental health, substance use disorder, and criminal social justice intersection; LGBTQ issues; rural public health; and more. She also serves as a peer grant reviewer for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. Padron holds several certifications including Certificate of National Service, Texas Community Health Worker Promotora, State of Texas Advanced Certified Peer Specialist, and State of North Carolina Crisis Intervention Training.
