Jennifer Shumsky is a registered nurse with 25 years of experience in pediatric, operating room, and adult medical surgical settings as well as commercial/government insurance. She has an adult son with Duchenne muscular dystrophy and a daughter with type 1 diabetes and currently works with an advocacy organization for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
