Jeri Franceour holds a master's degree and is a retired physician's assistant. She has been a mentor for the Ambassador Program and enjoys being a resource for young Ambassadors joining the program. She has spoken at events about PCORI to lay populations and postdoctoral students. She presented last year at Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s PSON Annual Meeting, speaking to young postdoctoral students about getting involved with advocacy. She feels the patient voice is important in research and has been a PCORI supporter for more than six years.
