Jill Coulter is co-chair of the stakeholder’s advisory panel for a PCORI-funded research project comparing sleep apnea assessment strategies to maximize traumatic brain injury (TBI) rehabilitation participation and outcome. She has helped define the aims of the study and added the patient/caregiver perspective throughout the research process. As part of this research team she helped present the study to the National Sleep Medicine Conference in 2018 and participated in a panel on reducing the burden of chronic conditions at the 2019 PCORI Annual Meeting. Coulter has a bachelor of science in business and spent the majority of her career in marketing and analytical forecasting. Since her husband’s TBI in 2010 her focus has been on his care and maximizing his independence and their quality of life. She looks forward to being involved in matters concerning TBI, full-time caregivers, and mental health issues resulting from a life changing illness or injury.

Note: not all of our funded projects focus on a single disease or condition; some touch on multiple diseases or conditions, research methods, or broader health system interventions. Such projects won’t be listed by a primary disease/condition and so won’t appear if you use this filter tool to find them. View Glossary
