John “Jake” Galdo, PharmD, MBA, is currently the Director for Performance Measurement with the Pharmacy Quality Alliance. In this role, he acts primarily as a staff liaison supporting the development of quality measures. Additionally, Galdo supports the Patient and Caregiver Advisory Panel, ensuring the patient’s voice is captured in quality metric development. Previously, he worked in academia where his research interests combined patient-centered outcomes, patient satisfaction surveys, innovation in community pharmacy, and chronic care management. Galdo earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Georgia, a Master of Business Administration from Samford University, and is board certified in geriatrics and pharmacotherapy.
