Kristin Berg and her Co-PI recently received a PCORI award to test the comparative efficacy of a standard care coordination program vs an integrated behavioral health care coordination program in improving the mental health, adaptive functioning, transition readiness, and engagement with care among youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Kristin identifies as a disabled scholar and is an Associate Professor and IL LEND Training Director at the University of Illinois-Chicago. She received her Master and Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Chicago.
