"Lisa Lenrow has been a successful strategic business development and client services professional serving the pharmaceutical and biotech industry for 20 years. In 2010 she obtained her MBA in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Marketing. She is currently with PRA Health Sciences as Senior Director, Client Services. In 2019 Lisa lost her beloved husband, Jon, to a GBM. Jon also had CLL, accelerating Lisa’s knowledge of rare diseases and oncology. Her husband’s cancer diagnoses and treatment options propelled her into clinical trial and scientific research. Her extensive healthcare knowledge allowed her to understand her husband’s tumor type, effectively communicate with medical professionals, and translate for Jon. Her husband's passing has motivated Lisa to volunteer for the National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS), write caregiver articles for Brains for a Cure, become a Board Member of EBCI, advocate for patients, and raise awareness for the need for research and treatment advancements. Lisa has enjoyed great personal fulfillment participating in Head to the Hill with NBTS and serving as a consumer reviewer for the Department of Defense. Lisa was excited to learn that she can have an active role in supporting the mission of PCORI."
