Lisa Scarpace has been employed at Henry Ford Health System since 1996 and held various roles in the organization, including starting the Employee Advisory Group, serving as a lead ambassador for the Employee Giving Campaign, and beginning the 3D Image Analysis Laboratory. Within the Department of Neurosurgery Hermelin Brain Tumor Center, she started the bench to bedside research program, established the use surgical navigation technologies, and developed the Patient and Family Advisory Council and the Neuroscience Council of Advisors. Clinically, she is responsible for investigation of new surgical technologies, training and implementation of advanced technologies, and maintaining the patient-focused database for precision medicine.
