Lorraine Johnson, JD, MBA, was an inaugural member of the Patient Engagement Advisory Panel at PCORI. She served on the steering committee and the executive committee of PCORnet and chaired the patient council. She has been a member of the steering committee or chair of the steering committee of Consumers United for Evidence-Based Healthcare for the past six years. She has been a member of a Cochrane Consumer Network for about 10 years. She is currently a patient partner for the Society to Improve Diagnosis in Medicine. She served as an expert advisor on the expert panel for data sharing at PCORI. She has co-authored papers with PCORI staff and presented at many conferences.
