Masood Iqbal has more than 15 years of operational and management experience and over 25 years of transportation industry experience with American Airlines. He is a past and current participant in a PCORI-funded project and was motivated to get involved while caring for his son, who lives with end-stage renal disease. He is part of an organization that helps the underserved community with access to care. He holds a bachelor of science in information technology
