Mychal Weinert was a Program Associate for Addressing Disparities at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). He helped develop funding announcements, and monitored the portfolio of funded projects for Addressing Disparities. Weinert previously served as the contracts analyst for the Contracts Management Team at PCORI. He managed the development and administration of the applicant and reviewer portals within PCORI Online. He served in these roles from June 2013 until July 2016.

Weinert earned a BS in neuroscience with a minor in Arabic language and culture from the University of Cincinnati. He served as a research assistant at the university, investigating the physiological and environmental causes of post-traumatic stress disorder.
