Samuel Lloyd is immunocompromised himself and was the caregiver for 11 years to his mother after her dementia diagnosis. His professional training is in the Insurance/Financial Services Industry. He has been appointed to the Phoenix Group Foundation as its Research Development and Outreach Coordinator due to his experience in community activism, having served as President and CEO of Waverly United for Action, a community activism group founded by his late brother.
