Stella Nemuseso, DPT, holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy and is a certified lifestyle coach and a PCORI Ambassador. She is interested in multiple conditions, chronic disease management, prevention, and addressing disparities. She is an experienced clinician in diverse settings. She is also a health and wellness educator who advocates for healthy lifestyle changes. She achieved full accreditation and maintains accreditation as a physical therapist assistant (PTA). Her experience in clinical goal setting, education curriculum design, content review, and ongoing program outcome assessment are assets to her current role. She serves as a Project Lead/Director for Dynamic InSPIRE & EMPOWER for Wellness in a Healthy Community, a community-centered project funded by the Marion County Hospital District. The project focuses on patient engagement, inspiring and empowering participants through self-centered smart goal setting for diabetes prevention and diabetes self-management. She is involved in raising community awareness of prediabetes, diabetes, chronic disease prevention, and self-management. She has been motivated to be an Ambassador for the past five years to help bridge the gaps by addressing disparities and disseminating PCOR in rural/underserved communities and populations in the state of Florida.
