Suzanne Watkins is co-chair of the Patient Advisory Board for the COSMID (Comparison of Surgery and Medicine on the Impact of Diverticulitis) study. As a member of the board she provides stakeholders with the patient perspective in all phases of the study. Her role as co-chair allows her to liaison between the board and the study’s executive committee. She was a co-author of the COSMID 2018 PCORI Research Plan Template.
