Umair Shah is a strong believer that public health matters and that what happens to individuals affects the larger community. As a physician provider, patient advocate, and policy maker, he is keenly interested in the intersection of individual health and population health. Shah believes strongly in the core values of innovation, engagement, and equity. He is a physician with robust interest and expertise in the humanities. He believes in the value of people and that for communitywide problems, we must find communitywide solutions.
