Yvette Pegues

Yvette Pegues is academically trained and has doctorates in education and business philosophy and is a Microsoft System Engineer graduate and an early childhood educator. Her technical writings have included IBM patents, white papers, and esteemed Redbooks along her decade journey from cloud engineering college hire to worldwide program delivery manager. She is also a Harvard College recruit and a highly recognized and acclaimed corporate diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility and belonging authority. As a disabled executive and inclusion ambassador she is uniquely qualified and trained to uncover equity gaps that organizations and people leaders cannot see. She has served as a co-principal investigator. She is motivated by her personal experiences with intellectual and developmental disabilities and lack of research in this area.
